cleanup and organize the slash commands in a more logical manner #49

move slash commands around so that they make more sense, and in some cases 
add more endpoints for the same commands. Examples:

/sui party [lock|unlock|reset|auras] where auras is basically just a pointer 
to /sui auras party. Some users might logically assume that you could access 
the aura toggle through /suu party and it does make some sense.
