onmouseover for minimap buttons command #56

I would like to have a command to toggle that feature off. I don't like it.
The RC7 style without the +/- buttons and without the mouseover feature was
much better in my opinion

Agreed, I can't stand this option.  I'd rather be able to see the icons at all 
times 
and not have the +/-.

There is no way possible to make EVERYONE happy. For as many users who say it 
is 
annoying, there are as many that love it or even asked for it before I did it. 
I 
wouldn't have come up wih the feature if it hadn't been requested.

I will look into a way to toggle it off, but don't expect that until 2.6.1
