No Player or Party frames

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I load into wow
2. Click add ons, and scroll down to spartan UI
3. Says that the dependency has been disabled for player frames and party 
frames.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As step three explains, it says that even when all other spartan boxes are 
checked, the dependency disabled still comes up.  This means that they are 
not seen in game.  I would like to be able to see them in game  :D

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version - from curse, Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

Make sure to check if oUF is also enabled.
All SUI unit frames depend on oUF.
