make the lock/unlock menu items work on the focus frame #62

The Lock Focus Frame, and Unlock Focus Frame options on the default Focus 
Frame menu should allow the user to lock/unlock said frame. This should 
replace the slash command as most users expect the menu to work instead.

This issue has been resolved in r70
