Targets, targets of targets portraits missing #66

Targets nad Targets of Targets unit frames are without portrait (just black
blank field)..
I dont have any connection problems..
Issue i noticed 2-3 weeks ago.
i dont have any other issues with missing graphic/lag/network..

WTF/INTERFACE/CACHE folders i've deleted many times - this dont affect issue.

Please post this issue in the forums, as I believe it to be an issue with your 
installation. I have already identified another issue where you obviously are 
not 
running RC9, so I ask that you remove and reinstall according to those 
instructions 
first. If doing so doesn't fix your issue, please post them in the forums for 
further 
testing.
