the durability doll doesn't always sit right on top of SpartanUI #79

this is due to the fact that the durability doll doesn't scale with 
SpartanUI, and as such the offset position looks further at some scales than 
others.

This has been corrected in r80 where I moved the durability doll to the top 
middle of the screen, attached to the UIErrorsFrame.

released in beta1 and testing shows that they are working.
