'Set Focus' still shows when in a raid

In the standard Blizz interface there is an option "Set Focus" available 
everytime, in or out of party. In the sUI it is only available in the raid/
party.

"Clear Focus" is absent completely. If you set the focus, you cant get rid 
of focus frame anyhow.

Third-party unit frames cause an error if you try to use the focus menu item. 
For 
this reason I opted to remove it completely, rather than constantly hear the 
bug 
reports about the taint error whenever someone select "Set Focus". I am keeping 
this 
issue active however, because the fact that Set Focus is available in raid 
means that 
I missed removal of one of the menus items.

I cannot fix the focus issue. This is a Blizzard bug, and one that MANY 
unitframes, 
not just SpartanUI have had an issue with. If you want to set or clear focus, I 
suggest you either set a keybinding (there is one available, but not set by 
default) 
or use the slash commands (/focus, /clearfocus)
