increase the accuracy of health percentages

take a look at other addons such as HealthPercents and the like which 
increase accudacy and speed of health updates. Using these I hope to make all 
unitframes show health changes immediately.

this should be with higher priority.
when i'm in lock i cant even know what my pet health is, i have to target him to
check it out. it always shows half life (when pet summoned they not full hp, 
but it
changes after less than a sec)
And many times health takes a large amount of time to show the real hp

personally, as healer, i use Instant Health addon, it uses combat log to
significantly increase health % on my health bars, but it seems it doesn't work 
with
Spartan, using Perfectraid addon health bars for healing and, well, i use it in 
all
my chars :)
