split the bottom bar graphic into layers and use tiling #97

I have the original layered files now, so I should be able to create a flat 
tile and an edge to use as a backdrop. Then I can use the other layers as 
static images on top of the tile. This will make the bar look like it always 
has, but it will auto-expand to any screen width.
