Scoreboard #520

The scoreboards get not displayed below name, in sidebar and in tablist of course not too, becaurse there is no tablist in Minecraft bedrock edition. Tested in MCPE 1.14.6.0 and in MC Win10 1.14.6.0 with dragonProxy v0.4-SNAPSHOT Build #335 frpm Jenkins on a Spigot 1.15.2 Server with EssentialsX MCJE MCWIN10E MCPE

The tablist is the player list on the pause screen and that does work on bedrock. It's good you open issues for stuff even if its on the TODO list as it means ill probably implement it quicker.
