Piston Heads #538

Piston heads are not visible regardless of piston type or rotation. If you try to power the piston it will render in the piston head but it will not show the extended piston. Although the bedrock player can see the piston head if a new one gets placed next to them, if they loggout, the bug happens again.

Piston heads now show when updated as of #551 but will be invisible on first join
