Add support for hyper enchanting with Zenith #36

Zenith is the name of an (unofficial) Apotheosis port for Fabric. On Forge, the way these two interact is by removing the level 10 enchanted books in favour of letting hyper enchants go up to level 10.

Currently, CEI Fabric can only accept and regular enchant up to level 9 with Zenith, and trying to hyper enchant beyond the usual limit (trying to hyper enchant using Sharpness 6+ as a base, for example) doesn't let you place the sword on the Blaze Burner.

It would be nice if the compatibility from the Forge version could be ported to this version as well.

Zenith compatibility would be cool! From my limited testing, it looks like Create's over-enchanting is based on purely vanilla enchantment levels, which Zenith modifies.
