weird error thing with loading mod

Describe the Bug

Have installed Create Enchantment through curseforge.com and installed it manually by placing the .jar file into the mods folder, as I have done with all my other mods. I keep receiving this error message whenever I load up Minecraft with the mod inside my folder. It brings up the error message before I can reach the start menu.

I am not an expert on modding or mods, so if I need to clarify anything more I will do so.

Reproduction Steps

1. Install mod through Curseforge page.
2. Place mod into mods folder through the .minecraft folder
3. Load Minecraft: Java Edition Launcher on 1.19.2-forge-43.2.23 installation.
4. Press play and wait for Minecraft to launch
5. Wait for Minecraft to load
6. find error message instead of menu screen

Expected Result

I expected to have it load properly as there is no needed dependents for this mod aside from Create itself, which I have. Yet it does not load properly.
