Describe the Bug

Create's drain picks up item entities, I would expect the disenchanter to do the same.

Reproduction Steps

Place disenchanter
Drop nugget of experience (or enchanted item) on disenchanter
Nothing happens

Expected Result

Disenchanter process item as if it was inserted.
