I've had this world for a while and it didn't cause the issue, but at some point it froze and then crashed. After rebooting Minecraft and going into the same world I was able to play a minute before crashing again. And the third time too. I ran Minecraft with shaders and I tried using another shader, it didn't help.

It happens while raining, I found out that weather, storms and tornadoes causes the issue. But when I excluded it, visuality just didn't render any particles. At all. I even tried disabling resourcepacks, still nothing.
