Use Forge Latest Stable #10

You should depend on the latest stable release of Forge instead of the latest development build, I had to check the source to figure out why my instance wont launch with latest stable Forge 40.1.0.

I have to use specific versions of Forge as I must test the mod with Apotheosis. You may manually change the META_INF/mods.toml in the mod jar to widen the version range if needed. Now that the latest Origins(Forge) 1.1.8.2-1.5.0.2 uses jar-in-jar which obviously needs Forge 40.1.60+, there's no need and no place for me to use a Forge 40.1.0 in any new releases, so I'm closing this as "won't fix".
