Rename folder is slow #124

Tried to use LMS rename option to rename topomath experiment folder "Lecture 1" to "Chapter 1 Models". The new folder was created and the old one was removed, but the models were not moved. I recreated "Lecture 1" and confirmed the models were still there.

I think this is a duplicate of the bug which spinners are intended to fix.

I just tried renaming "Problem Set 6" to "Chapter 6 Problems". When I clicked "Rename" nothing happened for a minute or so. I didn't see "Waiting for topomath.asu.edu in the lower left of the browser either, so I assumed the click didn't work. I tried again. Still nothing happened.

I refreshed the page and saw it created the new folder and removed the old one, but didn't move the models. When I recreated "Problem Set 6" the models were still there. I am able to move them to the new folder individually.

I think this might not have to do with clicking before the operation compeletes after all, so I am re-opening the issue.
