Can't reconstruct parameter node (Dojo touch bug) #551

In CTA, open the model Figures for papers > Missile Plane Complete Create a DRT node for Plane & close it Edit the RPlane node. Try to make it a parameter. The radio button will not select nor will the value box appear.

@vanlehn @jonwetzel I tried to reproduce this bug on Macbook pro using chrome device mode for touch screen devices which include "Laptop with touch", "IPAD", "IPAD PRO" but couldn't. @jonwetzel Can you please try if you can reproduce this on your laptop.

@riteshsamala Reproduced on touchscreen chromebook. Borrow a white HP chromebook from FACT Lab (so you can use the console debugger). Ask Avinash or Bahar.
