Nodes that are given have new icon #561

Currently, nodes that are given are always correct, so they are always green with a gold star. this is a bit misleading. They should have no icon or an icon that means somehow that the student didn ot create this node.

Are they going to be editable? If not, a lock icon might do the trick...
