add basePath option to hash.manifest options object #32

Hey, this plugin is great and exactly what I needed, many thanks!

Would be great to be able to have similar functionality to https://github.com/danethurber/webpack-manifest-plugin#optionsbasepath

I'm finding myself needing to append the manifest key and values at load time to add the path at present.
