Make all system messages customizable #656

Can you make it so we can configure the message the bot send in the log channel, at the moment it is something like, "Modmail thread #27 with Jinxed#1111 (884294003145732136) was closed by Jinxed" but can you make it so we can change the text a bit, this should be pretty easy to add. Thank you
