Would be nice to have a command to view all the users that are blocked from messaging the bot

I added it in my last pull request. You can get the code to use it because I don't think the pull request will be accepted quickly.

!blocked doesnt work despite adding the code

It works, but you need to specify the blocking time.

Like : !block [id of user] [time]

Otherwise, the user is blocked but the bot crashes

Block works fine, it's the blocklist command that doesn't work
