Update on this issue: Heard back from the developer of the desktop app for NineOuttaTen, he's passed on some of his knowledge coming to reverse engineering the Dota 2 client to get the information required, am going to rewrite the program in C++ (see #14) to allow me lower level control of the OS (Reading memory)
