Customizable level label colors #69

Added ConfigBuilder::set_level_color to customize the colors of level labels for loggers that support color.
Added three examples showing the default colors, custom colors, and (if supported) RGB colors.
Tested with and without the termcolor feature enabled.

Coverage decreased (-0.5%) to 65.762% when pulling 2e6e990983857cde7d07fa5faea7405afb30ddd7 on JarrettBillingsley:master into 195361ccb8442a2f0a8ea2e40fdce6223d0cf0fa on Drakulix:master.

Released in v0.9.0 together with some other changes.
