Polyglot version: Windows BETA from 18th May 2022 (latest as of writing this)
Steps to reproduce:
1) create a new language
2) create a new part of speech test
3) create conjugations 1, 2 and 3 with values a, b, c, d and e, f respectively
4) create a new word test, with PoS test
4a) save the file (for repeated testing
5) open conjugations
6) set columns to 2 (or both rows and values to 3)
7) ESC, ALT-F4 do not work, as they only close the warning menu
7) force-exit using task manager
