Huh! Ok, there are two things that I know of that, although both are rare. The first is that you might need to install with admin privileges. You can do this via the right click menu. If that does not work, try the instructions here (I know it's for Windows 8, but like I said, this isn't something I've seen more than maybe 3 times in the past): https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/getting-error-message-setup-wizard-ended/2c66eb6a-f259-4582-80d0-5c67be605c41
If that doesn't work either, I can still give it a look and see what might be going wrong, but it's got to be something more fundamental.
It works now! For some reason, Windows hasn't been updating the .net framework on my system for quite some time. Which is odd given how recent the last update was. I will definitely have to look deeper into it if it happens again.
But, for now, I can finally get back to conlanging! Thanks for the help. I'm excited to see how helpful PolyGlot can be.
Thank you for the heads up! I have actually getting more reports of this and am thinking that I might upgrade the installation client used with the Windows version.

'PolyGlot Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, run Setup Wizard again. Click the Finish button to exit the Setup Wizard.'
No matter what I try, this issue occurs every time. The version of PolyGlot doesn't matter.
