[suggestion] allow import of conjugations from an excel file using the Import From File function #1233

Currently, the import from file function does not allow for importing declensions of a word, although that information can be exported to an excel file by the export to file function. Importing conjugations and declensions from an excel file (as well as phonology, lexical classes, and parts of speech) as exported from polyglot would allow polyglot excel exports to serve as complete backups of the language should something catastrophic happen to the file.

Heyo! I am going to have to think this one over quite a bit. I am unfortunately not sure how possible this is, simply because there is no way for PolyGlot to be certain whether given conjugations are a combination of different factors (for example present tense + plural) or just a simpler set which exist for all words of that type.
