Consider dumping pdf generation for ASCI Doc

This would allow me to make a nice web viewable document with a side index. It's just nicer.

• embedding fonts? (with css?)
• looks a lot like markdown but with more features
• ask Huldra for examples

• Not module compatible it doesn't seem, so might have to inject
