Release the beta version as full. #1353

I know that there are some bugs still to be fixed and incomplete versions, but considering this is more or less a dead project (at least for the time being), it might be a good idea to release the fixes that were made in the beta version (and possibly disable the incomplete stuff) for anyone who stumbles upon the project.

You're 100% right, I need to do so. I have been swamped over the last year though, and I will need to dig out some time.

I'm probably also going to be looking for someone to hand the project off to. There are some absolutely great ideas that people have requested, but between work, my big new project, and moving this summer, it's a lot.
