If a font file is loaded into a PolyGlot library, only scan the font directories if the font is not already present. If loading a polyglot dictionary that already has a conlang font set, cache the font. Only scan font directories if the family name of the font initially loaded does not match the current font name; otherwise, simply saved the cached font. This will do 2 things.
1) save an enormous amount of time when saving
2) linux users cannot under any circumstance save fonts into PGT archives, even if it started with the font installed. This will correct that issue.
