Maybe a --footerLastModified option would be a nice feature to add.

This could be better than the current --footerDate and --footerTime options...

Something like Gitbook would do:

I don't want to add localization, so the string should be in english
The format would not be configurable
There should be a tooltip with the exact timestamp
Maybe use something like https://www.npmjs.com/package/s-ago
- Include a script in every page? (load with a CDN or as a local file?)
