Hardcore quests Ars magica quest line #5

Started the ars magica quest line but when i get to craft the Oculus and Inscription table it wont let me complete the quest. I have tried re-logging and also placing them down and picking them back up again

Don't know what happened but after about an hour of playing it finally let me hand it in
