Server spawn point mistake #95

Whenever you die you spawn at 0, 0, 137. you get completely massacred at that place. Fix the server spawn and lower the amount of mobs that can spawn.

Happens on single player, though beds work so long as you keep them away from the explosions...(those special mobs and/or skeletons with battlegear arrows...)
