Proper fix for Reshade stuttering #8

Seems like the issue is fixed with wine 8.2 staging. https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/2908#issuecomment-1496727907

I myself switched to 8.5 staging and everything is working now. No stuttering with Reshade enabled.
