check if user has already set up their finger lock #2

current scenario If a user with the support of touch id has not set up their finger lock or not feeded the fingerprints, app crashes.

expected if password is not set up.. notify user and open settings and ask the to add their fingerprints.

@jamesday7 I am working on this. Stay tuned. Will open some more "hacktoberfest" issues.
