Fortune Bug

Describe the bug In recent testing and found in our live server, Fortune doesn't work on any blocks. The blacklist feature was suppose to block only those listed, not all blocks. When breaking DIAMOND_ORE or any ore that is not on the list, it does not drop more than one with a level 20 fortune.

To Reproduce Put fortune on a pickaxe on the latest version.

Expected behavior Expected more drops when breaking non-blacklisted blocks.

If you haven't fixed this, I suggest redoing the autosell prices.
