[Adjustment Request] BeeBrickBlockEntity bee creation criteria #5

Instead of a nearby bee check, BeeBrickBlockEntity should have a bee "attached" to it, and instead perform the check based on if the attached bee has moved to a different hive, died, does not exist, or is out of range.

Just an idea.
