Add advancements data for all furnaces
Update images in Readme to reflect furnaces and recipes

@Draylar I took a stab at adding an advancement tree. Worked as expected when using the run configurations in IntelliJ. Tried to keep the advancement titles light and fun. Feel free to suggest otherwise.
