Katana update #20

Added vampire slash enchantment (heal per mob hit) Replaced god slash with dragon slash (leaves trail of dragon breath) Added lightning strikes to thunder slash Slightly buffed flame slash Adjusted katana behavior to not teleport as high(?) Adjusted katana slash to damage all mobs that aren't the player or owned by the player
