No fish coming if rod has high enchants and lure in inventory

Just a heads up, if you have Lure V from goblin traders on your fishing rod and you have lure from gofish in your inventory, the fish will not bite for some reason. Idk if its intentional. As soon as I drop the lure from my inventory, fishes start to bite again
