Without Fabric API 0.39.0 or Fabric Rendering v1 1.8.0, the following exception will be thrown at launch:

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: net.fabricmc.fabric.api.client.rendering.v1.EntityModelLayerRegistry$TexturedModelDataProvider

This should be resolved by adding a dependency on Fabric API or the specific module.
