USBIP problem #578

I use DSLPlus with USBIP (a tool which can send usb msg through ethernet), it seems don't work with V1.1.2, however it's OK on V0.9.9. I think this problem should be caused by the update of V1.1.0 (adding some USB3.0 devices support maybe).
