As a User I can sign-up so that I can receive some of the latest golfing news

Acceptance Criteria 1 - Create form using Crispy Forms.

Acceptance Criteria 2 - Show thank you message for signing up.

I decided against this feature. I have nearly implemented the most important features and will stick with them.
