fix: update references to 5e abilities #415

includes automatic formatting with whitespace trimming, apologies for the messier diff

Hi @Jarva, support for D&D 5e has now moved to the dedicated Token Action HUD D&D 5e module.

Understood, is there any deprecation warning for those using this package with dnd5e? Currently the change is confusing a lot of people using the package from what I've noticed

No, good call though. It'd probably need to look at system version to account for people still using the module with earlier versions.
