Add support for Visual Studio 2017 #4

Here I am again. I have manually modified the VSIX package to add support for VS2017, because I didn't bother to recompile or modify the assemblies at all since it works right out-of-the-box. Screenshot: monohelper-vs2017

Download VSIX: MonoHelper.zip. Note: Rename the file's extension to vsix! Enjoy. However I am leaving this issue open until it is "officially" supported :) @Dresel Bump. Check this.

Seems like I have to create a version 3 vsixmanifest for Visual Studio 2017 support.
