Allow author to create non-shared events

Requirements: -author can create events without using the shared article scaffold -author can input the following info: Title; Start Date; End Date; Start Time; End Time; Hide Location Address (Checkbox); Location Name, Street Address, City; Add to Calendar Text; Location Map Text; Event Short Description; Event Detailed Description; Registration Page URL, Button Label, Text Label, Expiry; Expired Registration Message; Full Registration (Checkbox); Full Registration Message.

Assumptions: -Fields are very similar to that of the Shared Event Scaffold minus the location based ones as these would be events based in specific countries. -the events listing tile looks the same as the insights listing tiles
