Update People/ Blog Carousel so it imitates Promo Carousel style

Requirements: -Authoring doesn’t change (fields remain unchanged) -Image size becomes square instead of landscape

Assumptions: -Fields remain the same

What happens when you point the Promo Carousel to a Shared People? Need to test this in UAT.

Joy/Ian - it doesnt work.

Bring back to Design to change to use square or portrait headshot image. Can function like the existing promo carousel.

Creative indicated that this should be used as is with a nicer image from them, not the standard headshot.
