Browser Not Supported Message Requirements:
Message pops from header when user is on an unsupported browser, which includes all browser versions other than the following:
-Internet Explorer versions 9 and higher
-Firefox versions 33 and higher
-Chrome versions 38 and higher
Message will include static text and below text will provide user with links to update to a supported browser (IE v 9+, FF v33+ and Chrome v38+)
-If users clicks on link, link will open in new window
User has the option to click a button that says “do not show message again” and if user will not see message if s/he is using the same browser with the same IP address (unless s/he has cleared cache)
User has the option to close the message and continue browsing in current browser
