Use the app launcher notification icon in the taskbar as a toolbar to launch apps on right-click. #43
What this'll do is pop up a menu that has all the launchers available in the main window of the app but without forcing users to pull it back up when they want to use it to launch something. Note that the image below has been stretched for easier viewing. When the user clicks the button where the mouse is, the app will launch MS Access because that's the code I copied into that block.
