Instead of releasing a .Net 4 version of version 3.0 of the app launcher, backport some changes to a 2.8.1 version. #44
Up to this point I was going to release a version 2.30 of the app launcher which would act as a .Net 4 version of version 3.0 of the app launcher so that people using XP and Vista could use a version with a few improvements from the rewritten, only-for-Win7+ 3.x series of the app launcher. But now those improvements will come in an x.1 update to version 2.8. I only know of one improvement that would apply cleanly to 2.x and that is the officeDrive testing feature in issue #23. This version will be called version 2.8.1.
